It's getting old and worse and worse.

We need a report chat option at the table.

In Mini View PLO (not sure about other games), the cards block half the bet amounts for those on the two bottom seats.

Still need a new color deck, please.

Given that there are now two different clients (the old one and the new 5.0 beta), feedback should probably include to which client the feedback is applicable.

the fact that there has been no response from a rpm rep in this thread in so long makes me not want to grind there tbh.

The all in button needs to go! If you ever expect serious volume grinders to play at your site you need to remove the "one misclick and your whole stack is in button"

there is a reason no other site has such a button to click

PLEASE!

Why don't you just switch it off in the options?

FWIW, merge has been one of the best sites for listening to there customers. I send off a detailed email to them about all the things were currently wrong with the software, I don't know if that made a difference but a month later, half of the problems were sorted or patched.

Yeah, you absolutely have to turn that off. It's in Settings => Game, there's a "Hide All-In Button"

If you PM RPM Seth he'll get back to you usually within 24 hours. He does monitor these forums pretty closely though he just doesn't respond to every post in here.

REFUEL65 is a reload bonus; make sure you're using it for a reload deposit, not an initial deposit bonus.

Can you PM me your username, even though I'm fairly sure I know it by now? I'll look into why it's not working for you.

I play on Full Tilt but I didn't get rakeback when I signed up. Can you PM me about a rakeback offer?

Thanks

Suggestion:

Let people who don't have an account see your games. It can't be that hard to do, and if it looked were good I might have signed up.

You know you can make an account without depositing or having any obligation to use it, right?

bunch of suggestions. i hoped 5.0 would fix but it seems like that is not the case.

1) the time bank:
a) not being able to use the timebank if you are not facing a bet is really bothering and problematic while multi tabling. on the major sites you can obviously use it whenever you want. (if you are first to act or the action was checked to you you can't use the timebank even if you have time in it).
b) timebank starting from zero on cash games. should be at least 15 seconds like on the major sites.
2) no option for self exclusion from playing a set period. standard feature.
3) option to stand up from the table so you can choose another seat. ftp has this.
4) support mouse wheel bet increases. standard on major sites.
5) better filters for cash games. for example if i play 50NL and 100NL i will be seeing in the lobby 4NL/10NL/25NL/200NL/400NL & 600NL as well. standard on major sites.
6) guaranteed tournaments -

the expected value, the overlay, of the guaranteed MTT's are getting worse and worse on rpm. it used to be that almost every tournament had an overlay but nowadays almost none have.
it started with the very long late registration that in some tournaments has doubled the amount of signups. nowadays it continues with changing some of the last remaining tournaments with an overlay from a freezeout to a rebuy/addon tournament (05:30 $1k Gtd. tournament for example).

this is making the MTT's on rpm much less attractive and me and others are considering moving on.

suggestions:
1) shorten the late registration time.
2) make more of the guarantees bigger (i know some of the big ones did grow).
3) cancel the last move from freezeout to rebuy on some of the tournaments.

Djo,

Almost everything you've suggested are things we've suggested as well.

As far as the overlays go, be patient. As the tournament scene grows, so will the guarantees. To be fair (and candid), tournaments still have overlays, but if tournaments continue having overlays month after month, the network won't increase the prize pool, they'll decrease it.

As tournaments see increased entrants (and continue to see an increased number of players) the guarantees will grow in due course.

Best,
RPM Seth

one thing i noticed today is that you cannot save handhistories to anywhere apart from the default location. can you make it possible to change the file path of the hand history folder

Two things:

1) Improved note-taking. I don't think there's a way to see that you've got a note on someone in Mini-view. There should be, and it should preferably be something that's color-coded. I know the rings around players are used to denote the various actions. I'd prefer to see the area behind a players name do that and the rings be user-color-coded for notes. If not, make the area behind the names color-codeable, it doesn't make a big difference, IMO.

2) Insert a monthly RB total on whatever page it is that lists the daily RB amounts. Much easier to use for tracking purposes than the daily (yearly would be nice as well, but is more a luxury than a requirement).

Thanks.

I definitely advocate being able to see the games without making an account. I almost shied away from RPM Poker simply because I couldn't see the player volume without first making an account. Most semi-serious players will always scan the tables over at least a period of a few days before depositing.

I'd also really like the ability to scroll with the mousewheel. The current sliderbar is extremely sensitive when the windows are smaller, and the intervals at which the slider bar clicks move are dependent on the 2x, 3x, 3/4 pot, pot, etc options.
