I have been trying to deposit to RPM because of the good reviews about their support.
But...
I tried to log in yesterday and it said my account had been suspended for security reasons and I needed to contact support. I got an e-mail back from
support@rpmpokercs.com saying I needed to send copy of ID, Verification form, and copy of Credit Card (I had tried depositing with a Visa gift card but it failed).
I sent that over a few minutes after I got the e-mail.
I got an e-mail back from MergeDocs (support@gamingsupport.net) saying that I fulfilled the requirements and the account was good to go. I tried to log in and it still said it was suspended. I gave it about an hour and tried again and it said the same thing. I replied to
support@gamingsupport.net about the problem and haven't heard back. I tried chat (which was suppose to be online from noon to midnight PST, but wasn't today). Since chat was offline, I left a message. A few hours later I got an e-mail from
pokersecurity@pokercs.com saying there was a mismatch between the physical address I provided and the IP address my computer registered in the system. They said I needed to go through the verification process that I just did. I replied that I took care of it and sent them the ticket # of the other ticket. Haven't heard a response from anyone yet.
