RPM Overdrive Club Changes RPM Overdrive Club Changes

03-01-2011 , 04:29 PM
Hey guys,

We've added a method for tournament players to achieve Overdrive Status!

Tournament players, if you log 1000 real money tournaments (SNG, MTT, DoN, HU SNG, etc), you'll make it to Overdrive.

Overdrive Club Members receive a $1500 bonus, waived withdrawal fees, and the RPM Overdrive Club Accolade.

In the Overdrive Club Terms it says: Players qualifying for the Overdrive Club will not be eligible for other hand based promotions that offer bonuses.

Does that mean that the player is still eligible for tournament based promos like Supercharged Saturdays? Does it affect Fast Lane Rake Chase? Is Overdrive just a one time thing or can it be earned month after month?

Thanks!

Yes, players are eligible for all tournament based promotions. This does not affect the Fast Lane. Overdrive can be earned month by month.

The only thing this really affects is the 500-5x promotion.

So neglecting that, we can still qualify for fast lane, double point days, etc?

Does this mean it will delete the other bonuses or just require you to clear the overdrive bonus before others? Say if I have a deposit bonus and aquire overdrive, will I still have the deposit bonus?

Also, is it possible to do king of the road and get into the overdrive club and achieve both bonuses?

Thanks Seth.

Yes, it doesn't affect anything else.

When issued, the Overdrive Club bonus will deactivate any bonus you're currently clearing. So, if you want to clear the bonuses you have before you're issued this, you'll need to let us know after we contact you.

You can do KoTR and still qualify for the Overdrive Club.

One thing Im curious about with overdrive club, is it a once a month deal or a one time hit your in deal?

If its once a month, is there a bonus once a month as well? (not that I'd ever in a billion years clear it)

Also, whats the length of the bonus? 90 days?

is there a way to check how many tourneys you've played in a current month?
03-05-2011 , 02:34 AM
if you have hem or PT3 its rather easy.

I believe there are some stats tracking websites out there that can tell you as well.

SS / PPL / PTR don't track merge which I think is great.

The client is set to auto save histories for 30 days, so look in that folder for tournament info.

Send an e-mail to Manager at RPMPOKER dot COM if you're attempting to make it and you're curious.

SS (shark scope) tracks Merge and specifically RPM...

You can see how many tournaments you've played on there.

huh... didnt know SS tracked merge...

SS and PTR seem to be off quite a bit sometimes, though. I play cash games at one site daily, yet according to PTR I have not played since last November (I have not changed my opt-in status). Poker Pro magazine also predicted that in 2011 there will be more rooms blocking tracking sites.

Last month, for instance, Bodog blocked HUDs according to their blog. Better for the game, IMO...
