Hi there,

I am having trouble with the live chat, because it always says "sorry that we missed you...write an email...bla". anyone else?

I have some urgent stuff tot talk about...

If it is Merge related, you can get a customer service rep through the RPM software. If it is RPM related, shoot RPMSeth or RPMJon a PM. They usually reply pretty quickly.

Well, i tried using the live chat feature in the rpm software. Worked in the past but not yesterday/today...

The RPM live chat is available at their website. Just chat in there.

In the RPM software, it says: Support. That works for me right now. That is Merge support though, not RPM.

Check out RPMPoker dot com. It says Live Chat online. I just spoke to RPM Jon and he said they have been online for the past few hours.

I can't use Live Chat. All I see is RPMJon writing but no way to reply (same with Firefox and Chrome). Turned off all add-ons in FF but still nothing. Just "Loading chat session. Please wait..."

Its not a 24/7 thing the live chat... so gotta catch them... I dunno the hours though

I would try PMing RPMJon to try and get help.

RPM Jon is mostly on the live chat from 3PM EST until 3AM EST. If you need help in the meantime, you can always send an e-mail to Manager at RPMPoker.com, Support at RPMPoker.com, or PM me here.

11:26pm EST no one seems to be answering me in live chat...It says I am customer 1 in queue....I just waited for over 10 minutes and no one got to me.....

Trying again now but no one seems to be answering.....will keep you updated

another 10 minutes or so and i started getting aggravated...went to their website, and saw that live chat is offline now....Nice to figure that out after i wasted almost a half hour like a dummy waiting while i was "1" in queue

Yesterday I was #1 in queue for 30 min. It was prime time so I imagine it was on line. It just kept repeating that I was #1 in queue over and over. I then decided to use the email function in live chat. I have gotten no response 32 hrs later. A few hours after emailing thru Live Chat I emailed Seth. No response. I emailed Seth again today. No Response.

I signed up with RPM insread of Carbon because of its' reputation for great customer service.

yea i just tried live "VIP" chat...folllowed live chat link from poker software only for a notice saying they are sorry...chat only availble 12 to 12 ?? That is not great customer service to not have at least live chat available 24-7....that's a disappointment

Guys, trust me RPM has the BEST Support around. You need to realize that the amount of people asking questions and trying to sign up/deposit has probably tripled.

You made the right choice with RPM, IMO and almost everyone else that has gave RPM a shot would probably agree. Right now Merge's traffic has over doubled in just a few days and people are rushing to Merge and RPM is one of the most popular skins on Merge(and rightfully so).

You didn't make a mistake, trust me. In the end, you will see that RPM does have the best support in the industry. 100's of posts on 2p2 aren't there for no reason.

I understand there has been an increase but it is not over double as you state. According to tracking sites the increase is very close to 50% although I imagine the # of support requests has more than doubled.

It doesn't explain how I was first in queue for 30 minutes with Live Chat.

I still have received no response to the email I sent thru Live Chat about deopsit problems 2 days ago. A followup email sent to manager at RPM 36 hrs ago enquiring about DEPOSITING has gotten no response. Thanks to 2+2 I have gotten my questions answered. My other email to Seth yesterday is one that only he can help with. I am patienly waiting for a response.

I talked to RPM Jon on RPM live chat yesterday and he helped me answer my questions and I think he made my check approval move quicker...

I was playing before Black Friday and I have been playing after. Typical traffic was 5-6K online and it is now 10K on the weekdays which is basically double.

The tracking sites are probably tracking only Cashgame players.

In the end, I just wanted to say that you hadn't heard wrong and that RPM Support is the best in the business, IMO. I believed that before Black Friday and definitely do now. Hang in there.

VIP Chat on RPMPoker.com is available Monday-Friday from 3PMEST - 12AM EST with RPM Jon. Weekend hours are a bit shorter, but we're there as well.

If you're unable to reach us at live chat during off hours, you can always e-mail Manager at RPMPoker dot com if you'd like a personal response, or you can chat in with Merge live chat for the network support.

RPM VIP Chat can only be accessed through RPMPoker.com in the upper right hand corner. The chat you are referring to is Merge Support and they are available 24/7

I just used the Live Chat in the RPM client and received an immediate response from Jon.
The other day I used the support button in the cashier which brought me to an RPM page and from there I chose Live Chat. I just did this again right after chatting with Jon and I was told that I was #2 in the queue. It also automatically put my user name in unlike the Live Chat in the client. It seems to be a different system.

The support tab in the client brings you to Merge Support which is nowhere near as good as the VIP Chat. Pretty sure you can get to RPM Jon through the banner in the client or by visiting their website directly.
