It doesn't explain how I was first in queue for 30 minutes with Live Chat.
I still have received no response to the email I sent thru Live Chat about deopsit problems 2 days ago. A followup email sent to manager at RPM 36 hrs ago enquiring about DEPOSITING has gotten no response. Thanks to 2+2 I have gotten my questions answered. My other email to Seth yesterday is one that only he can help with. I am patienly waiting for a response.

I was playing before Black Friday and I have been playing after. Typical traffic was 5-6K online and it is now 10K on the weekdays which is basically double.
The tracking sites are probably tracking only Cashgame players.
In the end, I just wanted to say that you hadn't heard wrong and that RPM Support is the best in the business, IMO. I believed that before Black Friday and definitely do now. Hang in there.
