Hey folks ---

I logged in just fine, but it's a known issue. The IT team is working to get things up ASAP.

FWIW, this only seems to be affecting a handful of users, as there are still big games running, and it appears to be a routing issue.

I'm getting an error window popping up saying "Unable to retrieve product manifest. An error occurred retrieving the product manifest file, please try again later."

I am getting an error message: "Unable to read client options. Unable to connect to configuration servers." I have a ton of free time right now, it would really suck to miss out on the weekend games.

My error message says: "Unable to connect to configuration servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists please try again later." Obviously my internet is working.
