I posted this on the merge thread in the internet gambling forum but never got a response.

My feedback -
1) 35% contributed blows compared to other sites. I have played 1500 hands of 100nl full ring and have earned a whopping 9.77$ in RB?? WTF...and don't say loosen up because I play 18/16 at Full ring.
2) The sign up bonus through RaketheRake has to be the worst piece of **** I have ever seen. 1500 hands played and I have worked off 0.86% of it? HAHAHAH Its going to take me roughly 175k hands to clear??????
3) You seriously need a way to mod the table skins and card backs. Its so hard to see how many ppl are in the hand because the card backs blend in with the table
4) The fonts for the stack sizes and bets is way to small. Increase the size and bold them like FTP does.

BUG - If you stack tables and sit out on one table...Bring active game to front stops working

I'm feeling you man. I have been grinding HUSG on the site for 3 days (150 matches at various levels) I have raked roughly $150 bucks so far and have not quite reached 10% of the bonus. By my math you have to rake $1,518 to release a $150 dollar bonus. Now you do get 35% of this back automatically. So I anticpate getting $500 back and them net raking $1k just to give me $150 bucks. Whats ****y about it and makes it harder to reach is that RPM only lets you accumulate points on 65% of your rake. So instead of getting 10 points for every dollar in rake you get 6.5

Yeah the deposit bonus is really sick.

I estimate that I'll need to play 125,000 hands before releasing the $500 deposit bonus.

Obviously it was set into place to work in the sites favor and not the players so I have an idea, you should put a 30 day max limit on 'unlocking' the bonus money. This way players will have to play 24/7 to even have a chance at unlocking it.

Obv it is going to be in the sites favor, they do have to make money and I respect that I just think its a little much. I mean basically I gotta rake them $1k just to get a $150 bonus (and thats after rakeback). Just a little much / I figure it should be about 50-50. I rake you 300 after rakeback and then I get the 150. Or even i rake you 500 or 600 hundo after rakeback and then I get the 150. But no they want me to rake $1k plus after rakeback to release a meager 150. Im going to have to play 1500 21 husg's to do this, crazy.

Please PM me your account name. If you've played 1500 hands at $100nl Full Ring, you should - in theory - have earned more than $9.88 in rakeback. Otherwise, WTF, loosen up?? Seriously though, I'm happy to look into your account and your bonus for you to find and fix any possible problems, that's what we're here for.

1) 35% rakeback is the network maximum. Compare that to 27% at FTP, 30% on Cereus (AP/UB), 33% on cake, etc. We think it's good value to our players, and we've had nothing but good feedback about it. Beyond raising the percentage, how can we make it better?

2) The RTR bonus is a 100% deposit bonus to $500 that clears at a rate of 75 VIP points per dollar, and it's released in $10 increments. Add that on top of the rakeback that you receive, and we think this is great value to our players. Some skins on Merge don't even offer a deposit bonus to rakeback players!

3) This is being worked on as we speak, and should be released in the very near future. You'll be able to change themes/customize your own color scheme on RPM. Very cool feature!

4) Heard regarding #4 and the bug, forwarded to the development department. There is a major software update coming out shortly as well, so keep an eye out.

Lol, would you rather them not offer a bonus at all? Most sites that offer rakeback don't offer a bonus. You are complaining about getting both? Really? Do you also complain about buy one get one free coupons because you have to buy something?

35% rakeback is great, no one is going to argue that. Its the best out there other than everleaf (which has to be the worst network avail to US Players) My only complaint is the Bonus. After rakeback you have to net rake $1k to release the entire $150 bonus. And if it was a $600 bonus you were trying to clear your talking about have to rake right around $4k to release it (and all this has to be done in two months). Its almost impossible to release the entire bonus. All that being said with our without being able to clear the bonus I believe you are offering prob the best deal for US players. There may be some slight differences b/w merge skins but I'm not aware of them all. The traffic is there now to always have multiple games to play if you multi-table. Sorry if this thread sounded like we were bashing RPM, Rakeback alone is more value than you can get anywhere else.

35% contributed is like 15% dealt for full ring players...I make 2x as much in RB on FTP even though its 27% because they use the dealt method. Basically contributed sucks bigtime for Full Ring players. Throw in the fact that your software makes it impossible to play a massive amount of tables and its not worth playing here.

I find it really easy to multi-table with the mini view. If you get better value elsewhere why the hell are you playing here? All you seem to do is complain yet RPM is basically the highest value for all players. It just looks you are a ridiculous nit who is contributing nothing to the pot, much like you are contributing nothing to this thread.

Oh really? how many tables can you play at one time in mini view? The fonts are so tiny that you can't even see your opponents stack sizes or their bets. I can easily 24 table on Cake but can only 8-10 table on this site

Can you take advantage of a reload bonus if you are still clearing the deposit bonus?

You can't clear both bonuses simultaneously. If you deposit with a reload bonus, your initial deposit bonus will be on hold until you finish clearing the reload, then you'll go back to clearing the initial.

35% RB + 8.6% FDB+ if you play through RTR they have a Rake Chase which is really easy and gives you at least an extra 12.5%.

That's a total of 56.1% RB

I forgot that you get an extra 6.5% RB if you use your points for tourney buy-ins, so you get a total of 62.6% RB

I assumed you couldn't clear both simultaneously, but when I tried depositing the last day of april with the April reload it rejected the bonus code. Also, where does the initial $500 deposit bonus showup in the software?... I don't see mine.

edit: found the bonus under player admin... it sure clears slow!
