RPM for the Australian market

Hey there,
was wondering why other sites on the Merge network can allow Aussies to join, but RPM can not. I thought they were on the merge network too.
i posted on another thread about this, but was wondering if there is any timeframe that you think this might happen.

Australians are not allowed on any Merge skin at present. RPM has never accepted Australian customers.
I have no answer on the time frame, but rest assured when the time comes, you'll know when I know!
