Is PIC-Club.com a reliable payment processor?

How long do they take to open an account after applying? I am thinking of opening an account to try RPMPoker and I would like to know the time frame on how long players usually have to wait before their account is activated.

Also, what are your withdraw fees to picclub.com accounts? I know it is $15 for a check but is there a fee to picclub?

My PIC account was activated in under an hour after opening it. I uploaded an ID and got a phone call confirming I was the person opening the account. There are no fees to withdraw to PIC-club. They also offer free checks so you can avoid the $15 fee. Also, all the withdrawals to my PIC account have been instant. You dont need to wait a few days for verification.

Last time I "used" PIC club was in December. I requested a withdrawal by western union. For an entire month, they kept telling me it was on it's way and that it should arrive shortly. After having me wait all of that time, they said they were unable to send it. I did get my money by transferring it back to a poker site and ordering a check, but it was a huge pain in the azz and waste of time.

Very unprofessional IMO

I was considering PIC-Club until reading the sign-up agreement. I would never consent to any third party being able to access one of my poker accounts for any reason. FYI - the term "contractor" is referring to the player(s).

7. SETTLING OF ACCOUNTS: At any time as Contractor may request, or once per calendar year at our discretion, or pursuant to paragraph 6 above, a "settling" of Contractor's poker playing account(s) shall take place. This settling will allow PICClub to access Contractor's poker playing account(s) and withdraw ANY or ALL funds contained therein.

Fine for depositing, but I have zero trust for withdrawing through them. Usually takes 2-4 weeks for Merge checks.

Question for Seth-

If I trade someone stars/FTP $$$ for RPM $$$ can I then cash out via check or picclub from RPM.

Im curious if I need to make an initial deposit to either picclub or RPM first?

Most sites won't let you cashout right away from receiving a transfer. They usually want you to play a bit before cashing out. Mostly because they are not making money by operating a money transfer service for players.

That is the whole idea. To get funds onto rpm and play but eventually I will want to cash out some of it.
