Does RPM allow these programs? Also in your opinion if they allow both..which is better to use?

HEM works. Not sure about PT3.

Does anyone else have discrepancies between how much they are up/down on HEM for the session and then checking the cashier and it being different?

PT3 works great. If you multi-table .. and use preferred seat, there is some magic you have to do see forums on PT. I think maybe you have to run 3.11 beta, but I haven't gone that route as I 2 table.

Yes, my HEM misses a few hands here and there.

i just started on RPM my HEM doesn't work. Do I need to adjust settings?

Did you enter the correct folder for it to retrieve the hand histories from?

Hem misses some hands and understates profits. But the Hud works great

Pt tracks 100% perfect, but hud has a few minor issues.

I import to PT3, then import to HEM from PT3 and use the HEM hud.

Best of both worlds

hey, for tournaments, my hud shows up on the tournament lobby and not the table itself. any thoughts on how to fix this?

Download the most recent update in the HEM forum. I had the same problem a while ago and the update corrected it!

I just downloaded the pokertracker trial, and I'm trying to import my hand history into there, but I'm having problems. Am I the only one?

You may have to manually config it so it finds your hand history. You have to make sure that Merge is saving your hand history to disk. Then click the merge site in PT3 and there should merge network configuration.

Then click add directory.

Go to the rpm program file click history and then click your user name. This should then import all your files when you select auto import.

Also you want to click automatically start with auto import. This way the site will auto import your hand files when you start PT3.

I'm using holdem manager and importing duplicate hands.

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks.

yeah, i'm having the same issues.

I've found (using PT3) that closing the RPM client before I stop the import helps cut down on the duplicates. I suspect the client keeps the hand histories open and PT3 isn't able to moved the files to the processed folder when you stop the import. This leaves the files in the directory so they get imported again the next time you start it up.

As far as tournament results, some of mine get picked up, a few don't. I suspect, again as far as PT3 is concerned, that these type of tournaments need to be added to the TournamentDetect.CFG file. You should probably send the hand history to support to have them add it to the master CFG file.

Couldn't find the thread where it was mentioned but could anybody help with setting up the HUD in PT3 to find your preferred seat?

I put my preferred seat to correspond with PT but it is not working. I know of allowing a few hands to sort itself but that is not working either.

Not sure what you've done, but I assume you've set your preferred seat in the RPM software. Then what you need to do is set it in PT3. The most important thing to remember is that the left-most seat is seat 0. The numbers then go clockwise. That means at a 9-max table, the bottom seat is 7. At a 6-max table, the bottom seat is 4.

My PT3 works great for ring games but when I play an MTT, once the HUD comes up, all of the HUDS are on the wrong players for all 9 seats.

So, I play musical chairs with the HUD and get them in their correct position only to see myself switched to another table and then I have to go through the entire process again, what a PITA.

Am I missing something, doing something wrong with my set-up?

I've hesitated to post this since I don't really play MTT. But it's worth trying.

Make sure you have a separate HUD profile set for each iteration of table type you play. IOW, a separate HUD for 6, 9 and 10 player tables. I was having problems between 6 and 10 playing STT. When I finally copied the profile and set the places for each one things work much better.

I didn't even think of trying that. Thanks so much. Hope it works, I'm really tired of having to move the correct HUD around each table. Mine does it in STT also.

Let me know how it works. The fact you say you're having the problem in STT makes me think there is hope since STT have 10 players and MTT have 9 per table.
