I have been trying to reset my p/w today via the forgot p/w link on sign in. I go through everything fine, but receive no verification code via email to enter so I can actually proceed with resetting my password. Please assist.

Ok, making this thread must have jarred something loose in my brain as I remembered my p/w immediately, but that doesnt solve the issue of the reset not working. Please address.
