Overdrive club (I'm missing something obvious) Overdrive club (I'm missing something obvious)

I do not think I am reading the rules for Overdrive correctly, but it says that you have to waive all the other hand based bonuses in the month in which you qualify for the club. Does this only refer strictly to the bonuses released at the rate of 75VIPS/$1, or all hand based promos?

Because if it is the latter and you happen to get it by playing 4NL, some of the hand bonuses might be worth a lot more than the $1500 bonus and withdrawal fee reimbursement.

No it's not waived, but they made a promo this month to waive everyone's check fees if you request it.

But it is incorrect to look at it as spending $110 (1000 of the $0.11 hyper-turbo) in order to get $1500. Not many people will clear $1500 before it expires in 3 months. And even if you do it still isn't some crazy 15-to-1 ratio on your money as was being suggested. It's just a 13% increase in rakeback value.

FWIW, $1500 bonus at 75 points per $1 means you have to make 112,500 points in 3 months to clear the bonus. And for bonus-clearing the double-points stuff and things like that don't count.
Bob, do you have to clear the full $1500 to get anything or does it clear in increments?

Thanks.

$20 increments every 1500 base points earned.

Has anyone even cleared this bonus before? If so how long did it take?

Is this bonus applied automatically, or is there something that needs to be done after qualifying? (Like an email to send or a code to enter orrrr..... ?)

It takes 112,500 VIP points to clear, so however long it takes you to earn them.

IIRC, it is applied automatically. I don't remember doing anything when I got my first one.

Mine expired last month and I just renewed/requalified this month playing 100K+ hands[/brag]. It's a pretty nice bonus(fastest clearing). Being a micro-stakes grinder, the extra $20 into my account ~every 3 days or so is worth it.

EDIT: Just spoke with RPMJOn in live chat support and he said if qualified, the Overdrive Club bonus will be awarded within the first 3-5 days of the following month. and that you don't need to do anything, it will simply be awarded directly into your account.

So yeah, just check the Bonuses page in your Player Admin and if it's not there after 6 days or so after the start of the following month, contact support either in live chat(fastest) or email.

if you withdraw funds after receiving the bonus (and it isn't cleared)... will this deactivate it?

i noticed that's not the case with the thursday sng promo bonus, but just wanted to make sure.

Just got OverDrive Club membership. Already had a $200 bonus, doubt I will be able to clear this $1500 bonus. Oh well. At least I get free checks now right?

And do other people see my Overdrive icon? I don't want them to see that. I don't want them to know I'm a grinder.

EDIT: Hmm I cleared a $5 piece of a previous bonus tonight as well. In the past it would only clear $10 at a time. Is this another feature of OverDrive club? Increments are $5 instead of $10?

I think all bonuses clear at $5 now. You get free checks for the month you qualify and the next month for the overdrive club. Unless you re-qualify after that, you won't have free checks.
