If thats the case I'm confused as to why you would earn more than 10pts/$ in rake at 1 game and less than 10pts/$ at another and absolutely nothing in the next. You could theoretically pay hundreds in rake at the .10 + .01 and never earn a single point? Why wouldn't it just be 10pts/$ across all games?

*Obv, this statement isn't geared toward rakeback players or double points days.
It's crazy, but the numbers stated are correct.
For example, both the $2 and $5 6-man super-turbos are raked at 6%, but the $2 gets 2 points for $0.12 rake and the $5 only gets 3 points for $0.30 rake. So the $2 game actually has LESS effective rake than the $5 game.
It's a good thing for the $2 games, because 6% rake is too high for these extremely short duration games. The $5 games, however, are in need of some love. Even the $1 game has less effective rake than the $5 game!
As for the $0.10+0.01, although the 10% rake for a super-turbo is absurd, I'm not sure that 1-cent of rake even covers the operating cost for the table.
