well it was fun while it lasted for me on rpm poker. i really came to enjoy the site. but my ****ing state where i live maryland is way too harsh on internet gaming. including fantasy leagues for money isn't allowed. but yet we are cool with betting online with horses. and we are expanding slot casinos with hopes of adding table games. but heaven forbid i have some drinks and play a $5 sit n go sitting at home in my sweatpants. **** you maryland. thank you to rpm poker. it was fun while it lasted. the customer service was always great to me.
i'm going to playing bitcoin poker now.

Am I the only one who's getting tons of lag the last couple days? I have a hard time playing even a single table anymore. It keeps halting for a second or two and becomes unusable if I play more than 3 tables.

If it isn't delays due to network lag, maybe it's my CPU? I have a pretty nice P4 system and have noticed this type of thing in the recent past, but I thought I fixed it.

I've been getting pretty bad disconnections and lagging past 2 days, pretty tilting, live support says there isn't any problem with their servers

No problems on my end - don't know what's going on with you.

So here's a question, the Aussie Millions seat if you win it, what is the value in cash and the assumed value of the seat to make it 15k total?

The buyin to the event is $10k and the extra $5k is for travel and accommodation assistance.

That tilts me so hard them adding in these $1.06 super turbos and lowering the rake on the $2s. The higher games are what need help. The higher games are actually making the site money. I heard of these $1s and the changes to the $2 games and I assumed that the $5s+ rake would be lowered slighly and was stoked but then to see it hasn't, and the $1 supers has the same rake as the $5s, what a joke.

omg, what skin does the slowroll im about to describe. It happens when you win a pot even and lose a pot.Ok so, you bet the river and get called, the other guys red meter goes down down, then ships you the pot, just now the guys meter went all the way down to muck his hand and i wanna know what skin allows this? ITS SO TILTING WHEN YOU BET THE RIVER AND YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE METER AND IT GOES ALL THE WAY DOWN AND THEN THEY REVEAL A BETTER HAND! how do they let it go all the way down? it takes literally 5 seconds before they show their hand, win or lose.

Also when they do this you can't see their mucked hand, very frustrating.

LOL that **** happens to me all the time - the worst is when I've turn a made hand into a bluff, villain tanks calls, meter goes down and now I'm thinking, "Hmmm maybe I actually have the best hand." BUT NO!!!

Hey, so are you guys sure that rakeback players are still earning 6.5 points/$ raked? And that they can still be used for tourneys? I've got an RB account but I did not get it funded before they closed to the US. Now I'm looking at RPM rakeback vs Lockpoker which has really gone out of the way to help me with dual residence issues.

Yes, RB players are still earning 6.5 points/$1 raked and yes you can use the points on tourneys but only certain tourneys let you buy in for VIP points.

Rakeback players still earn 6.5 points per dollar raked.

We are always here to help; if you have problems with verifying your account, we offer live chat support via our website with RPM specific representatives, VIP Skype support, and you can always e-mail all of us directly to work out any issues you have with your account.

Hey everyone, I posted a small staking package for this Sunday's MTT's. Reason is I'm somewhat short on RPM funds at the moment. Cliff of stats: ABI: $11. ROI: 183%. $3,142 profit over 160 games. Over $20k profit total playing recreationally on Merge/PS/FT/etc. If anyone's interested, link below. Thanks.

Are the points listed on the sng tourney details accurate? For instance you would earn 2 points for a 2.00 + .12 while only earning 1 point for a 2.00 + .16 and 0 points for a .10 + .01? If thats the case I'm confused as to why you would earn more than 10pts/$ in rake at 1 game and less than 10pts/$ at another and absolutely nothing in the next. You could theoretically pay hundreds in rake at the .10 + .01 and never earn a single point? Why wouldn't it just be 10pts/$ across all games?

Has there been any mention as to what the December promotions are going to be?

They will be mentioned on Dec 1, as usual. (That being said, the November promos were MUCH better than the previous few months when Merge wasn't accepting new U.S. players and basically had us by the balls. Now that we're free to open accounts on other skins again, it appears that promotions will remain better. One can hope, at least.)

I've never seen anything besides 10 points per dollar*, but I don't exactly pay the closest attention to my points balance. The best way to check is to register for one of each of those tournaments and check your points ledger after the games.

*Obv, this statement isn't geared toward rakeback players or double points days.

It's crazy, but the numbers stated are correct.

For example, both the $2 and $5 6-man super-turbos are raked at 6%, but the $2 gets 2 points for $0.12 rake and the $5 only gets 3 points for $0.30 rake. So the $2 game actually has LESS effective rake than the $5 game.

It's a good thing for the $2 games, because 6% rake is too high for these extremely short duration games. The $5 games, however, are in need of some love. Even the $1 game has less effective rake than the $5 game!

As for the $0.10+0.01, although the 10% rake for a super-turbo is absurd, I'm not sure that 1-cent of rake even covers the operating cost for the table.
