I don't see a reason to get too paranoid. Based on the fact that withdrawals are still going through and the message by RPMSeth on the front page, I see no reason to change what I've been doing, so I won't.

Not cashing out personally. Everybody has to assess the risk individually and make a decision that is right for them.

Okay but I can't properly assess it because I don't know the details. if chances are less then 40% that they will go down, ill keep my money on. Someone just give me an idea.

Cashed out a bit, but only because I have limited time to play right now and had to make some liquidity adjustments after money on other sites got tied up. Playing anywhere right now is a risk IMHO, but for years we should have been living as if our online money could be tied up for months at a moment's notice.

I'm still playing!

RPM has absolutely zero connection to Full Tilt Poker or Pokerstars.

Seth is the man. On top of our worries.

can someone give me an estimate of how many hands I would have to play at different stake levels to get the 1500 overdrive club bonus? Assuming 22/17 type stats? Will the 100k hands/month even come close at 50nl?

Transaction has changed from 'new' to 'processing' on the UMW site, looking good so far.

Guys. A little advise for my American (and everyone esle for that matter) friends.

Merge and RPM can not ever guarantee that your funds are safe. If they did they would be lying. If you feel uncomfortable with whats going on my advise is to leave only a portion of your bankroll that you are willing to lose and that wont affect your life online. Leaving a substantial amount of money online right now is surely a huge gamble. If you cant afford to lose what you have online then Id withdraw enough money to not worry if Merge is next.

Yeah same issue here. Contacted the live support 4 minutes ago and they are asking me to complete a verification form, send documents etc. fml

Thanks, but I believe this has been gone over and over.

Thanks for posting that. It makes me much more comfortable playing there just hearing that someone has made a successful UMW withdrawal. The cake thread has people saying they are waiting 2 weeks for UMW cashouts, and that was pre-friday. I'm not under any illusions that my money is really "safe", but I'm going to keep playing poker as long as I can just out of principal.

fwiw it was processed by RPM, it is still processing on UMW and has yet to hit my bank. I'm not particularly concerned though, and RPM handled it as well as they possibly could

I had UMW hit my bank account this morning (requested after Friday).

Hey guys:

I used to play on Full Tilt and LOVED the software, didn't really like Stars much. I also used to play on Cake and the old software was buggy but OK and the new Cake 2.0 horrible. Can anyone tell me how the RPM/Merge stuff compares to all these others? How is it for multitabling, notes, etc? HEM compatible? (I don't think so but just checking) Is it smooth, clunky, buggy, etc?

The RPM software is slightly buggy but I typically play 9-18 tables without too much trouble. The main glitch/bug I get is kind of hard for me to explain but I'll give it a try. Occasionally while playing I'll have a table pop up prompting an action but the table will be showing info (hole cards, board, player stack/name) from a different table but it looks weird/off so it's obvious that you're not seeing the correct info on the table.

I actually switched from stacking my tables to cascading because of this issue. All I have to do to 'fix' the glitch is click the button on the top right of the table and re-cascade the tables and then it will be showing the correct information.

Besides that, I'm pretty happy with the software. HEM tracking and HUD does work, although there was an issue a while ago where HEM would miss a few hands during importing which will mess up your results slightly. This may have been fixed, I haven't updated HEM in about 2-3 weeks so I'm not sure. If you use PT3 you're in luck, as it does not have this issue for some reason.

I use HEM to take notes and it works pretty smoothly. The note taking in the client isn't too bad and I would actually use it if I played less tables (typing notes in the client steals focus from the table you are currently on and brings it to the table you are typing at) because you have the ability to mark a player with a 'fish' tag which helps with table selecting and you will also be able to see what tables/limits he is playing in the lobby.

If you do decide to play at RPM, look in the software forum and you'll find a "Table-Ninja" like software for RPM that greatly helps with multi-tabling.

Thanks for the nice detailed response man, much appreciated.

I was playing mostly 400NL Rush on Full Tilt until Black Friday. I'd mix in 200NL tables when there wasn't enough 400NL action.

Now most of my bankroll is tied up but I'm going to see if I can get a stake, otherwise I'll have to start up playing 50NL/100NL because I don't have enough to play my normal stakes.

You?

Pete

I'm playing 50NL right now, thinking about taking some shots at 100NL in about a week or two.

100NL is the first limit where they have the BBJ tables and it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to avoid them if I want to play my usually number of tables which kind of tilts me but I guess I don't have a choice now lol.
