Sure, i'm disappointed that we haven't gotten the update yet, but it's really not that big of a deal. Even if it had already been released, the promotions wouldn't be starting until tomorrow anyway. So as long as we get the info before then it's really not a problem.

what agenda. this is a company and expecting regular updates is reasonable, to say the least. note I didnt say "it is unacceptable that its not released when they said it was going to". **** happens, if they wanna do tweaks, heck take a week but let us know. Clearly, my standards of expectations are different from yours.

I like the rpm site overall and I expect better service so will continue to point out when I dont like something.

People saying its not a big deal are doing rpm and themselves a disservice. Demanding better customer service will only improve the site and settling for anything less is a shame.

Again, doesnt matter to me if they announce changes today or in a week, Im saying I dislike keeping customers up all night, a responsible company wouldnt do that.

I cry BS. Tony G would have tweeted about any announcements about a future announcement.
