I played 20 sngs on saturday. didnt get the bonus to unlock is this because i have a deposit bonus going? can someone shed some light on how it works. Will bonus show up to earn right away?

Click player admin from the lobby and then click on bonuses on the left site of the page. If you don't see the bonus, then email rpmseth and he will fix it for you. Or you can contact live chat...

If you've been opted in to a promotion previously, you don't need to opt-in again. However, if it's a new promotion, then you may need to opt-in.

Just out of curiosity, why do we have to opt-in to the double VIP promos? Is there a reason someone would not want not participate in these?

It saves money when people don't realise the promotion exists i guess.

Hey Seth, good job with the customer support and all that, keep it up and such. My question is, I opted in last week for both double VIP days but never got confirmation. Do you send out confirmation emails?

When was the double pts supposed to get paid for April 25th's session? I do not believed I got double VIP pts for that day. Or was it paid that day? If I did not could you make sure I am opted in.
