I tried to withdraw on April 15th and have yet to receive any money. My initial withdraw was pending approval for 4 days then declined, and ID + verification form was requested. I submitted that days ago and I have still not been paid.

Please expedite the withdraw process, it has been more then 2 weeks since I initially tried to withdraw.

Cashout req to Netteler : april 15 $1000,-
Got an email requesting documents on the 27th( even tho did verify GR88 acc earlier this year)
I send documents the same day

Silence since then and 0$ recieved.

I did pm Seth twice and he does answer but that didnt solve the situation so far.

Cashout of just a small sum through Moneybookers is taking weeks...

Had to send my documents 2 times, and haven't received a reply after my
2nd send, which has been at least a week ago.

If you chatted in with a woman you were in the wrong place. Chat in at their home page, not the software. If you get someone with the name RPM that means you are in the right place.

Requested a check on sunday night 4/17. Was pending for about two weeks and I received it 4 or 5 days later, on 5/5. (not bad imo considering there was prob a high volume of requests)
sidenote - cake request same time/day - still pending approval.

I recommend doing this if you're experiencing trouble cashing out or verifying ID.
I just did this, told them about the problem, they made sure it was getting fixed, and now I just received an e-mail that the money is on his way to Moneybookers so...
