There are RPM specific support people working on the live chat who don't work for Merge. You might want to contact them whenever you have an issue so you don't have to hear the runaround from Merge

I believe so, based on the fact there isn't anything in the T&C's for the June Promos that specifically says we can't.

And also, I just checked my Tournament Entry Coupon Ledger and see that I have been issued my $109 ticket.

All promotion winnings have been issued. Double VIP Points are being processed and should show up in your account shortly.

If you won a bonus on Turbocharged Thursday or Speedy Sunday, you were not issued it if you have an existing bonus in your account. These bonuses will be stacked and issued at the end of June.

I had the same problem,I was on live chat with Merge support and they had no idea about the promos either...it seems when it is skin specific you should either pm seth or use the rpm live chat...the rpm live chat got my id verified within 15 minutes so I would suggest that route...

I received both my $10 bonus from Thursday as well at my $15 bonus from Saturday (both the most recent promo days) today. It appears to me they're getting caught up.

I assume this means that the bonuses I haven't received yet will all come in a bigger bulk thing later. Is there an easy way to confirm cash credits ($10 cash for Thursday promo, $15 cash for Saturday promo)?

How do we verify that we received double points? I looked through my VIP points ledger but it looks like nothing was doubled? I'm assuming that on 6/10 those double points are supposed to have been awarded already?

1. Aren't total VIP points earned shown when you scroll over the bar next to what gear level you are?
2. Find a tournament. Click register and look at the bottom of the buy in window that pops up. Total points should be listed there. If total shows 0 (this happens sometimes) exit screen. Click register again and it should show your total points.

Yes the second option shows the extra points. My earned points in option 1 is much lower than the points shown in options 2. I am a rakeback player as well.

Doubt it would be worth anyone's time to do this, but if you play 8k hands of 4nl 6-max on Wednesday and fold every hand, you would actually make a profit. You would end up only losing $80 (8,000 hands at -.06 every 6 hands) so thats a free $29 in equity once you get the $109 ticket.

You would obviouslly have to be crazy to actually plan on doing that. But I thought it was an interesting point, and some nice extra value from RPM.
