Is there some "scheduled" downtime for tonight? It seems like there are no tournaments available to play in after 11:30 MST. If so, why is there not a thread with details on this downtime here?

yeah, there was numerous popups saying thered be downtown at 2:00 server time for about an hour. should be back up shortly. they are prepping up for tomorrows big fields maximums. gl

I never got a popup about the downtime.

I just got tossed out of a tournament after 30 minutes of play. Was there notice? Who is going to compensate me for the time I wasted on a tournament that could never complete? How come there isn't a thread in here about this downtime? Site is a joke. God I wish the REAL sites were still around.

Not coming down on you man. Just venting and warning others that this site is a pathetic joke compared to it's predecessors.

the popups i got were at the bottom corner of the client, and would flash and stay there for a few secoonds. I can see how if you weren't on all day you could miss the warning the sad thing is how they don't have a popup that EVERYONE sees when you log in.

Again, not coming down on you. I'm just frustrated with this site. I wish I could still play on the site I used to play on 5 years ago. This is the crap we're stuck with though.

So what happened? did the site really have a tourney begin/sng knowing it will be shut down? no way they can let that happen lol?
The popup i received was on the bottom right on my screen btw and it stays there 5 sec then goes away.

It's possible that you have notifications disabled for the icons in the tray (Windows). If thats the case then you never would've seen the message.
