Not if you're in North America you didn't. Not trying to be rude but that is impossible based on the cashout process. Maybe 3 weeks. Every time I request a check its almost a month.

What is the current state of all cashout methods to US based customers? What is available, what is the turnaround time like. Are the expedited checks now? Am I understanding correctly that there are only e-check deposits but no e-check withdrawals? Anyone care to share any experiences you've had(US Only)?

We (RPM) have expedited checks for players who put their withdrawal in through their VIP hosts. This means the check is from us to your door in roughly 10 days.

We always recommend using an eWallet like eWalletXpress; it's extremely easy to deposit and withdraw, and it takes no time at all to process the dep/withdrawal.

Hey seth, thanks for the reply. Upon opening an account at RPM because I'm quite sure you guys seem to be the best Merge Skin for cashouts, I went and tried to look in the deposit options and was told to contact support to continue further. I had a few questions...

One being, can I receive player to player transfers in the meantime before I am verified even if I don't cashout before the process is over? Two being, should I email regular support to continue the verification process, or is that something you could help me with? Also, are expedited check withdrawals subject to a fee or rakeback hit, and is it true that you don't get the initial sign up bonus if your account has rakeback. Sorry for the Spanish Inquisition, and thanks in advance.

It's the same fee for expedited checks. You are eligible for an initial deposit bonus, even if you're a rakeback player.

Does RPM have UMW as a deposit and withdrawal option? Is the initial deposit bonus canceled if you cashout? What other withdrawal options are there for US players besides checks?

Yes, we do have dep/wd options with UMW. The initial deposit bonus IS canceled if you cash out, that's been in the bonus terms and conditions since the beginning of time

I was told today that ewalletxpress processing is taking 12-15 business days. Is this normal or just a short term problem?

Just wanted to give my recent experience:

I requested a check (non-expedited because I didn't realize the difference at the time) on April 20th (Tuesday).
I was asked for ID verification, which I submitted on the 23rd (Friday).
My withdrawal was approved on the 26th (Monday).
My check arrived on the 3rd (Monday).

I'd consider that quite fast! Less than two weeks is perfectly acceptable, and a week after being approved is great!

This is a short term problem. Generally, eWallet withdrawals are instant to 48 hours, which is why we recommend our players use eWallets to deposit and withdraw.

Could you actually check with Merge. There has been no change as of yet. An actual timeframe would be great. I find it irresponsible for you to inform the forum of a change which had not occured. What is the current check time frame?

I stand corrected, I was misinformed by the person I spoke with regarding the delay with withdrawals.

Again, we offer expedited checks for our VIP players - 10 days door to door - but regular checks can take 4-6 weeks.
