so i got like 600$ @ my RBL ballance. i dont got nettlers account and dont use bank ATM. only money bookers and their master card. so can i cash out my balance w/ anything else? maybe i can transfer it to another RBL user and he cashes it out for me?

We offer you Neteller and Bank as withdrawal methods. We cannot withdraw money in any other way unfortunately. If you need them asap you have to register a bank account or a Neteller account.
