Red Star accepts U.S. players, you just can't get rakeback there if you are in the U.S. or Canada. I'm assuming you're clicking on a rakeback link. When the point system changes on May 1 there will be no reason to bonus whore Red Star.

I set up an account on Cake yesterday through RBlovers site in order to get the 33% rakeback/deposit bonus. Once I entered my screen name I got a message saying that you would be in contact with me once the rakeback has been finalized with Cake. Should I wait to deposit my cash until you have verified that the rb is good to go?

Yes to be 100 % sure you have to wait until your account is approved on our site. But if you haven't played on the site before it should be fine. You will never miss any rake or rakeback if you have submit everything correct.

Hey,

You don't have to enter a bonus code, but a referral code so you 100 % will be tracked to your affiliate. The bonus is paid at $6 per 100 Player Points. I think it is up to $660 back.

The deposit bonus will automatically be tracked to your account. Yes you will also get the rakeback. What is your Rakeback Lovers username so i can manually check your account?
