Where do your wins come from?
Are you winning your games in the opening, middle game or end game?
Are your more positionally aware than your opponents?
Are you more tactically aware than your opponents?

I've usually won most of my games with tactical tricks or my opponents missing a counterattacking idea I have. One thing that has pleased me in the last couple years is my increased ability to win "simple" games, even against fairly strong players. I credit studying Karpov's games (that little red book, if anyone knows what I'm talking about!) for this.

I like attacking, but I think my main advantage comes in conversion of advantages. If I get some edge, I tend to do a good job of converting it.
Btw, I got Mednis to sign one of his books for me in Vegas. Got to go up to his room, chat with him for a bit, meet his wife too, etc. He was just an incredibly nice guy. I was quite terrible at chess at the time and it was an incredible experience.
