yeah I watched that video and it ended costing me a game the other day
Crafty has me +0,23 and after e4 which is the move I would have made it has me at +0.00.

This game really shined a light for me on how badly I'd been playing d4 games. I've played them much better since this one.

Basically making moves without any plan in mind.
It seemed very much like a lot of the time you may have had some vague idea in mind from previous moves, but as soon as Kyle made a move, your thoughts immediately jumped to 'how do I respond to this move/how do I stop this threat' and forgot the previous thoughts about the position.
