this is a 2/12 game I played on FICS today, a couple of threads have already been about playing vs people who basically aren't developing, and this is how I broke through: (I don't know how to do diagrams and all that craziness)

EDIT: I'm curious as to stronger players' opinions as to how I handled this, as I have had the same problem often (although this one went better).

I quickly went through the game and thought it looked very good. Didn't spot any tactical disasters at a quick glance and your whole conduct of the game was very much in the spirit of the opening and the resulting middlegame.
