I am very sorry if this is in bad section OR the link to other site is not approapriate, but as i am in addition a very passionate board games player playing on BGA , i am curious if this player is real isildur1 and how can we find out the truth?

I don't want to be unkind, but your question is pretty silly. I would hope you've heard of Lord of the Rings, which I expect is where the name originally came from, and I highly doubt only one person has ever thought to use that name online - in fact, I expect it's fairly popular. As for "finding out the truth", I don't know of any way to do so aside from asking him yourself.
