How to set Rybka for maximum strength

Hi everyone knew rybka is the strongest chess software but when i play it with other software deep shredder with timer 5 min each I saw shredder beat rybka and they mention in web that rybka more strong so how it lose with shredder? I need to know what the most strongest engine in rybka? and what the benefit of observer settings? is it effect the strength too? Knowing that i set no handicap engine rating 3150?
