I am friends with him on Facebook, and he has been posting pretty much exclusively about this for quite a while now. Suffice it to say, it has taken a real toll on him, especially mentally. It seems that it is getting somewhat better now that this issue is getting a lot of publicity, because at first all the posts were reaaaally grim. Hope this gets resolved somehow, in an acceptable way...

The whole thing seems completely insane. I'm surprised he held off so long from making this more public but I guess he just kept hoping/thinking it would just go away.

That's a crazy swong. Anyone know what stakes/games he was playing?

Also, is there no way to conceal one's identity when playing online poker in Spain, so the government can't figure out if you win
