I recently moved and came across some games from a U1600 tournament I played in in 2007. I think these games are somewhat unique and interesting.

This first game:
White - me 1060
Black - villain 1585

My annotations from the game were:
8 Bd3?
12 Nb5!?
14 O-O-O!! ...b6??

What do you guys think? Did I blunder a pawn in the opening or was it a cool gambit for a nice attack? At what point could black no longer save himself? I won money from this game as it was the tournament's biggest upset.

11. Nxd4 just wins a piece, since Qxd4 is followed by Bb5+

after that all seems good

Good game. Only thing that jumps out at me is what YKW pointed out.

I'm pretty shocked at how badly black played. He looked more like a 700-900 than a 1585.
