Let's play Chess?

If you want to play Chess, post here and find somebody to play Chess with.

It seems like a good idea for a Chess forum to have a stickied thread for this purpose, but I don't know if this board gets enough traffic yet for it to really work.

In any case, ChessCube looks like a great place to play and is completely free. Set up an account there!

My blitz rating is around 1400 on FICS. Handle is garciathousand.

I don't know what my longer game rating is. What would you guys say my long time control rating is from looking over my posted games?

I´d be interested in practicing some specific opening lines in 5 min. against oppts rated about my level or (slightly) above (FIDE 2032) on ICC or FICS.

Lines Im intersted in testing are (me white): Chebanenko Slav, Closed Sicilian with Be3+Qd2. Me black: McCutcheon French, 4...Nd7 caro-Kann, the ...Ke7
Kamsky-Karpov line. Basically to get some practice in these line vs a non-computer and generating some ´feel´ for the resulting positions. I´d expect some theoretical preparation to be done and would ´reciprocate' in preparing some opening lines of your choice.
