I'm planning on introducing a rating system for juniors in my part of the world.

Does anyone know of existing, freely or commercially available software which does this? I've had very limited success with google.

My plan was to develop my own software, but if something already exists that would be even better.

Do you want it only for tournaments that you are running or for any tournaments in your area? I thought pairing software like SwissSys could do ratings if its just tournaments that you are running. You might ask BobJoeJim how he got the ratings for his 2p2 list. Seems like he used chessbase.

I want it for any results that are sent to me, some of them will be for fairly informal games in/between junior chess clubs
