I wanna make a book:
How to Mate Your Opponent but Then Really Pull Out and Lose Instead.
(I'm just going to go over the parts relevant to the book title, otherwise much more analysis could be done on these games. I actually found them to be quite interesting. Maybe some other day.)
Part 1:

After 29...Qc6
30. Qf4 Qd6 31. Qxd6# would have been good for me. Unfortunately, I have under 21 seconds to his 1 minute, so I panic and go with a different plan of getting mated instead. I (and it seems my opponent) actually saw my mating threats 1 move later, so black was forced (?) to give up his queen to avoid the mate for a bit, but that didn't help my clock much.

After 50...Kf2
White must play 51. Rg8 or 51. Rh8 to draw (just pull out a tablebase), but blunders with 51. Rd8. I correctly play 51...Ke1, bringing about a mate-in-23 (seems hard, but soon it will be K+P vs K+R, so not really so hard). But then, in my final seconds, I inexplicably play 52...Kf2, entering the losing side of a mate-in-13 instead of queening my pawn, which was clearly my plan on the previous move.
