i beat a 1750 once and have drawn him plenty and should have beaten him alot more than i have.
im unrated and i guess like 1000 strength

If you're frequently competing with, let alone drawing with, a USCF/FIDE 1700 player, there is no way you are 1000 strength. Surely at least 1400; if you were 1000 strength your friend would slaughter you every time.

lol. Yes his 'win' against me came in a blitz game where i was actually following blitz rules and he was just moving when he felt like and getting takebacks i think. I think he drew me like once and pretty much DOES get slaughtered everytime, <g> Despite this, Yeah I think he's playign stronger chess than 1000. Not 1400 though. Maybe 1200? Considering he's too impatient to play a normal game with somewhat normal time constraints or take it seriously it's hard to judge his ability acurately. How this imbecile wins at high stakes poker is beyond me <G>
