I haven't done the calculations myself, just saw a comment somewhere saying he got his third norm. I think he's only 20-30 points shy of 2500 now. Looks like we could potentially have a 13 year old GM.

Edit: Wow, strong field. Big event for the US component of the Prodigy Watch, with Sevian, Xiong, and Chandra all playing - plus a bunch of GMs.

just scanning the link that you posted - do the norms he's already had have enough international players in to count? i know hawkins who binked the UK championship for a third norm and has the rating didn't get the GM title yet as it was full of domestic players
