Another option for Black is
5... Bf5, but as opposed to the usual Chebanenko, White has played e3 instead of c5, so now he doesn't have to commit to c5 and can play
6. Qb3 Ra7 7. Nh4 Bc8 8. Qc2 instead (unlike in the non-Chebanenko Slav, 6... Qb6 is impossible here), where Black looks a bit underdeveloped (the problem of the bad light-square bishop remains unsolved for Black, as he now has to play e6 sooner or later, which is still better than Bg4 h3 Bh5 g4 Bg6 Nxg6), though he's not in a bad shape at all yet.
And it goes without saying that I'm not a Chebanenko fan in general
