Hey guys,

I know the programming forum has a Skype group going. Does the chess forum have one / if not, is there interest in starting one?

Would definitely be interested in a place where people can chat, bounce ideas off each other, etc.

It could be possible in theory I guess, although like any "group" outside of the forums I doubt it will be offcially endorsed.

Generally speaking, I'd imagine that a forum is a better place to bounce ideas off each other than in skype as it's easier to post diagrams etc, and also more readily accesible to all.

Not expecting it to be officially endorsed, but there's an unofficial 2+2 Programming group and it's super helpful.

Even if you're not asking technical questions where diagrams are needed, questions about upcoming tourneys, clubs, what books are good for X, etc. could all be posted.e
