I can't imagine doing anything but hitting on the 15. You will send a second man behind a 5-prime, one of whom is already gapped behind. I'm guessing your second play involves 2-1*...with that play he can do one of two good things, hit with a 1 or be at the edge with a 2. When you hit outside he's only really happy with a 2.
