Probably the best way is to use something like GABBI. Unfortunately you need to set up the pos. manually, I believe (unlike gnu and xg where you can just copy the pos. ID).

Then just copy the line that says [img ].....[ /img] into your post.

I use the snipping tool in Windows 7 for this. 'Start' -> 'All programs' -> accessories' -> 'SnippingTool'.
