I really doubt such an app would exist, as almost nobody would buy it.
What I can suggest is to record dice on the phone in any note taking app as plain text:

or with a space between numbers (if that is still fast for you):
3 3
3 4
5 5
and then export those notes to google spreadsheet or excel.
In the spreadsheet you can split it into 2 columns and do pretty much any statistics on the dice.
