aka, Lee Genud vs. Joe Dwek: 1981 World Championship of Backgammon & Reno 1986, both by Bill Robertie

any chances these wonderful books will ever be re-published or available as eBooks?

I know a couple people, besides myself, who'd snatch up a copy of these immediately.

No, sorry.

They were state of the art in their day, but now they're horribly out of date and would require a complete rewrite. A few aficonados might buy them, but for most players, analysis of 25-year old matches wouldn't be interesting.

Maybe some kind soul could scan them into Google books for those of us who'd like to look at the historical matches?

Same goes for the Ortega Costa Rica 93/94 that are supposedly very interesting but incredibly hard to locate.

Illegal, at least for my books. They're protected by U.S. copyright laws, thankfully.

I have all of these old books mentioned above, e.g. Dweck, Costa Rica, even the entire Danny Kleinman Collection, "Fascinatinmg Backgammon", etc.

I suppose that if someone offered me enough I would box them all up and sell them all in one go.

I would even throw in an impressive lot of Poker books.

Zen, I'm interested in the backgammon books. Please send me a PM.
