Well, I think I would make the 5-pt. It's a permanent asset and can be part of a 6-prime. Also, it unstacks the heavy midpoint. It's tempting to make 2 inner board points, but with White not splitted yet and the 5-pt and bar point still open, I don't think it's that strong of a move. Granted, White is on the bar and we usually want to make the most inner board points possible, but I think in this case the 5-pt compensates for both the 4 and 2 points. Plus, keeping the 8-pt could be valuable.

I don't see the need to move the straggler with 24/16 since White has no board yet.
