Maybe I'm missing something, but for the 1 I'd go with 24/23*.
Once the 1 is played, I only see 13/10 as a reasonable 3.

Red's in bad shape but 13/12* 7/4 at least gives Green 10 break numbers: 33, 22, 43, 42, 41, and 32. That looks like the way to go.

I assumed the hit on the 23 was a stroke of good fortune for me! My original move of 24/23* 13/10 was a blunder before ++ analysis.

Most interesting thing about this to me is that the anchor-breaking hit only loses half a percent more gammons than playing with one blot.
