I was playing a coin game on Galaxy. At some point my opponent hit me, then I rolled the dices, got a 64 and cannot play a legal move. My opponent rolled a 52 and he never play his move. It was his turn to play because he had a circle around his avatar and his timer was going down. Then my opponent timer hit zero and I got the really bad surprise to have lost the game by a backgammon (6 points because the cube value was 2) and I lost a bunch of coins. The analysis show 64: no move 52: Not analyzed yet (with a red cube because my opponent did not cube before rolling the dices, which was a blunder) Then, the analysis say I resign the game before rolling the dice (there are no dice value written unlike the previous moves), which is impossible because my opponent own the cube so the dices should be rolled automatically immediately after my opponent complete his move. No dice value for me, no move from my opponent and no analysis for my opponent move (but analysis of his blunder on the cube decision just before his roll) are all proofs that it was his turn to play (also the circle around his avatar and his timer going down) Also, when I click on his 52, the board is completely empty, no checkers at all, unlike when I click on my 64, I see all the checkers on the board. All this are proofs that something fishy was going on.

I read a lot of complain on the internet from players who had lost coins in a similar way. I sent an e-mail to Galaxy customers support and obviously they did not even bother to answer me. Galaxy ask us to pay to get coins, then we can lose all ours coins because of a stupid bug and get no answer from customer support. I call all this bullshit a fraud. I warn you to never buy coins because the coin system is a fraud. Also we cant choose the stake of the game, which mean we can lose all our coins in only 1 game. You get a discount for buying more coins at the same time but you are force to gamble it all at each games, so having more coin give you no advantage at all. You think you save money by buying more coins, but all you do is getting scammed. Galaxy is run by a bunch of crooks.
