...just a fool, evidently (-0.031), for accepting this cube:

I appreciate that I'm under threat of having two on the bar against a three point board, but that board is patchy and won't be filling-in soon. We're just getting started here (both in the game and match), and my 34.3% odds of winning aren't dismal. Thoughts?

You're overlooking that you get gammoned about 40% of the time from here, which is why it's a small pass.

Blitzes are very different from priming games. The low points in the board are the most valuable ones because they're farther away from the checkers on the midpoint and therefore harder to make. White already has two of those points, so his position isn't "patchy" -- it's actually excellent for blitzing.
