I began to play on Heroes. I started a 9 points match vs a guy, then the cube went to 4 and I was close to bear off and the guy got a hopeless position. Then, he quit the match. I suggested a new time to resume the match and he never answered. I tried to offer a new time again to resume the match, but the software tell me to be patient and wait for my opponent to respond to the first offer. The problem is the time I offered to resume the match has already passed due. Was today at 1 o'clock local time and it is now 2:30. Look like I am in a dead end. What should I do next ?

I also have the same problem. I play slow time control and take my time to find the best move, manytimes the opponent leave the game.
You have to go to "resume" part once you are connected.
The problem is people usually dont want to finish the matches...
And if ou have to much incompleted match (this is my case) you have limitations: i cannot play longer match than 7 pointer for example.

When i asked to the administrator the problem, he didn't help me really.

These people are so stupid Don't play strategic game, even less with slow time control, if you cant wait. I really like to mock them when they tell me I am playing too slow by answering them ''Your wife really likes when I take my time with her'' Usually, they will insult me, then I answer back ''I have put the finger on a sensitive issue/spot, UNLIKE YOU'' Then, they get mad and quit. LOL Bunch of morons. Impatience in general is a plague of our society these days. I was at the self-checkout of the grocery store last month and when I began, I looked at the screen and some items were already scan (I strongly suspect that the previous customer make a theft by scanning his items, then faked to pay his bill with a pay pass credit card then leaves). So, I asked help from an employee because obviously, I did not wanted to pay for a grocery who is not mine. The employee ask me to wait for his boss to came resolve the issue and while I was waiting, another guy waiting begin to yell at me saying I was blocking the line for no reason. I tried to explain the problem to him but he just yell at me again. What a jerk, it was not my fault. Another example : I was in a coworker car and we were waiting at the red light for the light to turn green. Believe it or not, the car behind us began to use his horn for 2 minutes while we were still waiting for the light to turn green. Seriously, some people need to get a room in a psych ward.
