I know this isn't a Backgammon Galaxy support forum, but I thought I'd check here to see if others are having this issue or have any idea what causes it. As you can see in the top row of my match history below, the match was analyzed (we both have an error rate) but (1) both of our ratings show up as 0, and (2) no rating points were actually awarded (mine was 2013.52 before and after the match despite both winning the match and having the lower error rate). My opponent intentionally timed out also when clearly losing which makes me wonder whether this is a known bug. Has anyone seen this before?

A few weeks ago the site was down for several days when something happened while the chief engineer was away on vacation. When he got back, the site came back up but matches played for the next 24 hours were recorded but never analyzed for ratings. It got fixed, although those matches never were melded into the ratings.

If what happened to you was very recent, then that's a new thing.

This was just yesterday so looks like a new issue. I sent support an email to see if they have any suggestions. Thanks for the input.
