Hello Guys,

i would love toplay on Gridgammon, mainly because all what i read must be a very sophisticated place toplay against really good and friendly people.

But the problem is to get in there.

Any suggestions?

I signed up at the U.S Backgammon Federation three weeks ago for the sole purpose of being able to play on GridGammon, but I still haven't had my account created despite filling out the correct forms. I don't understand what the hold up is with that site.

i was thinking about signing up at USBG for exact the same reason. let me know when you are a member of gridgammon.

their software hasn't changed in 10 years since I last played on it.There is over 100+ players logged on however, which is quite a few for a backgammon server that isn't yahoo.

I play on GridGammon every other day. Its the best interface for backgammon online(IMO). One major plus is that you get to watch some of the best players in the world play on a daily basis.

they ask me for a reffery and now i have one and email the support but after 2 weeks no respond from them. its weird.

FindAGrind, did you get in?

Is it really that difficult to get an account? I'm also interested in, but neither do I have a reference person nor any idea how to. At least I've got the USBGF entry form but I need somebody who refers me, even if I don't really know a player personally (I mean that is obviously the reason why I want to play online lol).

It was even hard to get the software for Mac. Many thanks for any help

Apologies for the thread necromancy, but I'm also interested in this and am finding scant information online about how to get a log in.

Any help would be appreciated.
