A good video or online backgammon course? A good video or online backgammon course?

Hello everyone,
I have been playing backgammon XG for some time and while I've improved a little over the years, I've pretty much stalled out at intermediate checker play and beginner cube play (no matter how much I play, I just don't seem to improve at the cube).
I know there are lots of little video clips and books on backgammon, but I'd really like to find a good video and or online course that is succinct and covers all of the basic parts of the game. I'd love to get my checker play to advanced and cube to something competent.
Any suggestions?
Thanks all!

Thank you, it looks great.

It inspired me to think of an idea, which I wonder if XG can automate. The flash card concept seems great. I am wondering if one can somehow automatically take the library of errors and blunders from XG and turn them into a set of flash cards for later review. I see it is possible to autotag bad moves, but I haven't figured out how to put them all in one collection.... (and i haven't spent a lot of time on it, either..)

It can be done. For example backgammonstudio.com parses .xg format. So with custom programming it is quite doable. One just needs to know the format of that file. I do not.

www.mindgamescenter.com also parses something that XG produces (it has XG data on the pages) and transforms those to flash cards.

I keep a binder of my errors from XG. I sort them by positions, such holding games, early game, blitz, and so on. I print in publication with the XG analysis.
