I am trying to get gnu backgammon to play a long match against itself. Basically I want to collect a large sample of cube decision problems. I figured that would be the easiest way to get them

Is there anyway to stop the program for forcing me to hit to OK button after each game. I just want it to run through all the games in the match and not require user action?

Thank you

You could use the text interface (GNU Backgammon CLI in the Windows programs group) with the following commands :

set player 0 gnubg
set player 1 gnubg
new match 25
save match my25pointer.sgf

Repeat/adapt the last two as needed.

I was just going to mention, so people don't think I am to lazy to read the manual, that those solutions do not work.
Games are set to start immediately. And I have also tried running a command line script. It still alway stops at the end of each game to have me confirm the result.
It just may not have this feature.
FYI I am running version 0.90 on Debian 6 (Linux).

Thanks for trying to help.
I may make this a feature request

Maybe a Linux problem then as I've runs thousands of sessions with gnubg playing itself without stopping.
