With the lack of communication when they make the change, with the ridiculous delay to get a rating conversion, with all the bugs and leaks on the app, with all the players who quit to play elsewhere, with the impossibility to choose our opponent/stake, with the scummy coin system, with the slow play / slow rating adjustment and with all the waiting in the last 24 hours, do you think it is time for Marc Olsen to withdraw from his position of CEO on Backgammon Galaxy ?
