Almost a week pass since I asked for my rating to be converted. No response to my e-mail and my rating stayed the same. This is ridiculous. In the meantime, I have played some matches to try to raise my rating by myself. I get paired with a guy rated 1600 on the app, but I remember his username and he was 2600+ on the old site. Obviously, I get crushed and lost rating points. This is unfair, not only I lost my rating, I have to play against sub-rated players to try to get it back. I don't think Backgammon Galaxy care about the players, they only care about the money. The transition was managed very badly and in a non-professional way. The Galaxy team should be ashamed of themselves. What is the next step ? Will they ask us to pay a fee to get our rating back ?

I’ve been very pleased with Heroes since Galaxy shut down (heroes.backgammonstudio.com). Haven’t bothered trying to convert my rating.

Are the tournaments there still rarely played to the end or has that improved?

I email them nine days ago to get my rating converted and so far no response.
